CMCD COVID-19 Response
The Collier Mosquito Control District is committed to the health and safety of the community we serve, and of our employees, and we are following government guidelines in the effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 by making the following changes:
Our office at 600 North Road, Naples, FL 34104, is closed to walk-in business and tours.
Office staff is staggering attendance and/or working remotely and will continue handling emails and phone calls Mondays through Fridays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Appointments to pick up mosquitofish are available on Thursdays by calling (239) 436-1000, ext. 4.
Many aspects of our service to the community remain unchanged. Daily surveillance throughout the District continues on a daily basis, and we are applying mosquito treatments when necessary. It is very important to note that mosquitoes do not transmit COVID-19.
Field Technicians are responding to requests for a visit. When they meet with residents, they are following social distancing guidelines. They are following up with phone calls and leaving door hangars with their findings and recommendations.
Please report mosquitoes to our Operations Department through our website here.
